YOUR CHALLENGE: Come up with an ACTION PLAN … 2-3 specific steps you will take this week and month to move you toward your goal.
Examples: working out 3x this week; prepping all lunches ahead of time; meditating at least 5 minutes a day, etc.

Here’s what I’m doing to move closer to the goal I posted last week: I will take 10-30 minutes of each day to meditate or do positive affirmations 😍🔥
