At OT Movement Mastery, our mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through a holistic approach that integrates fitness, nutrition, positive mindset, and rehabilitation. We are dedicated to helping clients recover from injury, manage health conditions, and improve overall well-being with personalized, evidence-based programs. In addition to supporting general wellness, we specialize in training athletes and bodybuilders to enhance performance, prevent injury, and sustain peak physical condition. Our goal is to inspire lasting lifestyle changes that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness, ensuring each individual can lead a healthier, more active life.

At OT Movement Mastery, we are proud to be led by Dr. Olivia Baker, OTD, a highly skilled professional with over 4 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and more than 9 years as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). With both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, along with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Olivia ensures our company operates with expertise, dedication, and a strong foundation in movement science and wellness.

With experience in diverse settings, including pediatric and adult rehabilitation as well as performance training, we bring a holistic approach to recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
Whether it’s rehabilitation, fitness programming, or wellness coaching, OT Movement Mastery is committed to providing client-centered support tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Together, our team works to empower clients to regain independence, enhance their strength, and lead healthier, more active lives.

Each package includes one to three 1-hour sessions per week, biweekly group calls, and 1 meal plan per month.





Notice Requirement: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a training session. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. This applies to both virtual and in-person sessions.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without any prior notice will result in a full charge for the session.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent, unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Recurring Cancellations: Clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be subject to review, and future scheduling may be limited or suspended at our discretion.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us provide consistent and high-quality service to all our clients. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
